北京天辰物业集团于1999年1月19日成立。它是经北京市工商行政管理局海淀分局正式注册登记的法人实体，是中国空间技术研究院（中国航天科技集团第五研究院）的下属公司。设有总经理办公室、经营发展部、财务部、人事部、物业管理部、服务保障部、党群办公室七个管理部门，并下设22个子（分）公司。
